3. When using, the number of centrifuge tubes should be determined according to the type of centrifuge. If a centrifuge with double sleeves is used for a single test, another centrifuge tube must be filled with the same volume of liquid to maintain balance.
4. The centrifuge tube and the centrifuge casing should be matched. The tube should not be too long, otherwise it is easy to break when turning. But it is not easy to be too short. Too short a tube is unstable when it rotates in the air, and it is easy to cause breakage. Too thick a tube will not enter, and too thin a tube will be unstable when it is rotated. The round mouth should be larger than the inner diameter of the casing.
